Overview
Renown Spiritual Center offers free weekly yoga classes at home for Sterling Silver Club members or anyone on their wellness journey.
Lead by mother-daughter duo Liz and Cadye; you’ll discover the benefits of yoga, such as improved mobility, balance, strength, and mood, with modified movements for all abilities. All yoga skill levels are welcome!
Note: Please submit the below registration/consent form for the date you would like to start attending yoga. You will only need to register one time to attend this weekly class. Once you register, we will email the Zoom link each Friday before class.
For assistance or questions, please call 775-982-7787. You will receive the event zoom link once you RSVP. Please note: You must RSVP by 9:30am on the day of the class to receive the zoom link. If registration is submitted after this time, you will automatically be added to the next class date.
